Joe Barta, Director of Customer Service & co-founder
Joe, along with Bill Rogers, is the co-inventor of Adaptive Automated Testing and AberroTest.

Joe brings a wealth of varied work and life experience to Aberro. After serving in the US Army, he was a professional musician and taught music in the Texas public schools. Joe then became a successful real-estate entrepreneur. During a period when real estate values were in freefall in the Austin area he authored a tool in QuattroPro that provided what-if scenarios to help his customers understand the long-term financial implications of a real-estate purchase. After taking programming classes at the University of Texas, Bill and he worked on several joint projects during the early 1990s.

Joe spent the next five years at Dell Computers working in both senior development and QA roles on a number of award-winning technical projects. In 2003, after experiencing the issues of testing complex software at Dell, he rejoined Bill Rogers and began the collaboration that yielded AberroTest.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Baylor University.
